Update to Total Voting Rights

PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC (the "Company") UPDATE TO TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS18 JANUARY 2007

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company makes the following notification.

The Company announced on 8 January 2006 its Extraordinary General Meeting result and the issue and admission of ordinary shares to trading on AIM.

As a result of this admission, the Company's increased share capital consists of 313,184,130 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 313,184,130.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
