Further to the announcement on 19 June 2014, the Company announces that the date on which the new ordinary shares resulting from the share consolidation (the "Consolidated Shares") are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM is now 15 July 2014, rather than 14 July 2014.The Company also announces that the ISIN for the Consolidated Shares will be VGG008271162.
