Update regarding dividend reinvestment plan

Further to the announcement by the Company on Monday 20 July 2020 of the termination of the voluntary share conversion facility, the subsequent planned compulsory share conversion (the "Compulsory Conversion") and the termination of the US Dollar Class (the "USD Class Termination"), the Board wishes to remind investors that the next deadline for elections for the dividend reinvestment plan ("the DRIP") is Friday 31 July 2020.

Current US Dollar investors wishing to take part in the upcoming DRIP are advised that due to the Compulsory Conversion and the USD Class Termination, any DRIP elections received for the US Dollar share class will not be issued for the August dividend payment.

Those shareholders with DRIP election markers on their US Dollar shareholdings will have this marker added to their Sterling shareholdings. Should shareholders wish to revoke or amend their DRIP election, shareholders should take one of the below actions:

Amendment of DRIP election instruction via Signal Shares:

· Amend instructions via Signal shares at www.signalshares.com. To register for Signal shares, shareholders require their Investor Code which can be found on the share certificate or dividend voucher.

Amendment of DRIP election instructions via written instruction, phone or email:

· Send a written signed request in the post to Link Asset Services at 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham BR3 4TU.

· Call 0371 664 0300 to obtain a cancellation form - calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate. Lines are open between 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

· Email shares@linkgroup.co.uk, to obtain a cancellation form.
