Update re Disposal
Further to the announcement released on 12 November 2015, the Board of Kimberly, the AIM-quoted Eastern European residential property developer (KBE.L), announces that it has agreed to allow the purchaser of the two Canadian residential development plots an extra day to complete the transaction by close of business in Canada on 12 January 2016. A further announcement will be made in due course.
The Board also notes the sharp increase in the Company's share price this morning. The Board is not aware of any reason for the price movement.
