Update re Debt Facilities

Silo G, (JP Morgan; syndicated loan) - Update

Further to the announcement on 7 December 2012, Treveria plc is pleased to announce that its Silo G subsidiary has now signed an agreement with the Silo G Lenders, whereby the loan will be extended until 31 May 2013. The extension will allow the Company to continue working on the sale of the remaining properties with a view to repay the loan in full over the period.
