Further re Capital Reconstruction

Further to the announcement released by Brainspark on 17 November 2009 the Company confirms that the record date for the Company's capital reconstruction is 09 December 2009 for determining the members of the Company who will be entitled to receive shares in China IPO (2009) Limited and Infusion (2009) Limited. The effective date of the capital reconstruction is 10 December 2009. Details on the capital reconstruction are fully described in the notice of general meeting sent to shareholders of Brainspark on 17 November 2009 and the announcement released by the Company on 17 November 2009. The Company intends to post share certificates for the two new holdings to those shareholders of Brainspark on the register as at the record date by 11 December 2009.
