Update on the Proposed Open Offer
Further to the announcements of 5 and 11 May 2015, the Company wishes to confirm that it is still expecting to proceed with an open offer (the "Open Offer") and an associated placing subject to clawback under the Open Offer.
A further announcement will be made containing the terms of and timetable for the Open Offer as soon as possible.
