Update on Subscription

Further to the announcement of 1 May 2020, the Company can confirm that the monies due under the subscription originally announced on 31 January 2020 remain outstanding. Legal proceedings by way of a formal statutory demand for payment has been issued to Mr Michael Peters, who had provided a personal surety on the monies due. Mr Peters and the company remain in discussion in the hope that it will be possible to complete the original subscription for £500,000 shortly.
