Completion of share buyback programme and commencement of New Buyback Programme

Further to Bridgepoint's announcement on 2 October 2023, Bridgepoint announces that yesterday it commenced the share buyback programme of up to £50 million detailed in the announcement of 2 October 2023 (the "New Buyback Programme"), following completion on 11 October 2023 of the share buyback programme of up to £50 million announced on 24 January 2023. The New Buyback Programme is envisaged to complete before 31 July 2024.
