Update on BEE shareholding in Aquarius Platinum Limited

Aquarius Platinum Limited provide the following update with regard to the on-going disclosure of the BEE shareholding previously grouped as the Savannah Consortium.

The holdings of Aquarius' BEE partners, namely Savannah Resources Limited, Chuma Holdings and Malibongwe Womens Development Organisation have previously been aggregated. However, as Chuma Holdings and Malibongwe Womens Development Organisation are not associates of, and do not act in concert with, Savannah Resources Limited, the Company will now report holdings on an individual basis.
