Update on Annual Report and Accounts

Further to the announcement of 1 August 2018 (the "Announcement"), the Company confirms that it continues to work with its auditors, KPMG LLP, to finalise the annual report and accounts for the year to 31 January 2018 which have been delayed due to the matters outlined in the Announcement remaining outstanding. 

The Company continues to expect this work to be completed shortly and will provide a further update within one week.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each remain suspended on AIM pending publication of the annual report and accounts for the year to 31 January 2018.
