Update on Acquisition of Finnish Commuter Airlines in Joint Venture with Finnair
Further to the announcement on 1 July 2011 of the acquisition of Finnish Commuter Airlines by Flybe Nordic AB, a new joint venture with Finnair, Flybe is pleased to announce that the necessary competition clearances have now been received from the relevant authorities.
The transaction will now move to completion, which is expected within the next two to three weeks. Flybe will update the market in due course.
