Upcoming bond by a Russian subsidiary

Board of Directors approves upcoming bond by its Russian subsidiary

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the "Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or the "Group"; LSE ticker GLTR) announces that its Board of Directors yesterday authorized the issue by OJSC "New Forwarding Company" (a Russian subsidiary of Globaltrans) of three-year Russian rouble ("RUB") denominated, exchange-traded, non-convertible bonds for a total amount of up to RUB 15 billion (approximately USD 495 million). The proceeds from the bonds would be used to finance its investment programme, refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
