ICAP PLC06 December 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 4 December 2007 it transferred to participants inits 2001 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 250,000 ordinary shares at £2.70and on 5 December 2007 it transferred 41,600 ordinary shares at £2.70. Theseshares were previously held as treasury shares.
