Cairo, 17 January 2021 - Ezz Steel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD) today announced a period for purchase of treasury shares.
Ezz Steel will continue its purchase of treasury shares on the Egyptian Stock Exchange on 17th January 2021 and end on 28th January 2021. The company will purchase a maximum of one million shares. This is within the limits of the approval of the company's Board of Directors.
In due course, the company will disclose the quantities purchased.
