Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 11 May 2011 it transferred 6,971 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of exercising an award under a performance based LTIP scheme.
The Company now holds 610,655 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,429,646 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
