Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 February 2011 it transferred 24,334 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of meeting SAYE options that were exercised early.
The Company now holds 425,417 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,614,884 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
