Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company") announces that yesterday it purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 30 pence per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.
The Company now holds a total of 1,071,000 Ordinary Shares as Treasury Shares out of a total issued share capital of 72,700,012.
