Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 3rd April 2009 Regus plc (the 'Company') reissued 214,808 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 2,750,739.
As at close of business on 3rd April 2009, the Company had 948,219,083 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
