Hayward Tyler Group plc (AIM: HAYT), the specialist engineering group, announces that it has sold 419,204 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 82.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, the Company holds no shares in treasury.
