On October 26, 2012, the BOD of Samsung Electronics approved transactions with related parties as follows.

□ Real estate rental from Samsung Life Insurance

- Transaction property: Building

- Rental period: November 5, 2012~Decembr 31, 2014

- Transaction amount: KRW8,147 million per year

□ Donation to related parties

- Donation to Samsung Foundation of Culture

·;Amount: KRW15 billion

- Donation to Samsung Life Public Welfare Foundation

·;Amount: KRW8.76 billion

※ Note: Pursuant to the Fair Trade Act, a donator is required to disclose the transaction

if the amount of donation exceeds KRW5 billion and the receiving party is a related

party to the donator.
