Transaction in the Company's own shares

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 7 July 2017 it purchased 10,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 90.8682 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase the Company now has 49,739,171 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in issue.

The Company was satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company were previously in receipt of had become publicly available prior to the market purchase being completed. Therefore, the Company was not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.
