Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 December 2014 the Company purchased 675,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 91.50 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 94,972,132 shares of which 11,343,819 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 2 plc is 83,628,313 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
