On 19 May 2014, the Company bought back 5,700,000 Ordinary shares in the market at an average price of USD 1.025 per share.
Following this share purchase, these shares will subsequently be cancelled.
From 20 May 2014 the total number of shares in the Company is 303,582,970 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 303,582,970.
