Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that on 31 March 2011 the Company purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 93.25 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 67,619,851 shares of which 7,377,317 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 3 plc is 60,242,534 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
