Transaction in Own Shares
Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on September 20th, 2017 it purchased a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.
Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises
33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,464,242 are held in treasury.
