HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Halfords Group PLC announces that on 19 April 2011 it purchased for cancellation 150,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 373.2468p per ordinary share.
Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 1,175,000 shares for cancellation, since 7 April 2011 when the buy back programme commenced.
