RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 6th November 2019, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 20,556 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.16 and €17.67 per Ordinary share and at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 51,703,493 Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 791,686,845.
