The Company announces that on 13 January 2014 it purchased 30,000 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 56.5p per ordinary share.
Following the cancellation of these ordinary shares there will be 24,392,655 ordinary shares in issue and 11,329,107 "C" shares in issue.
