The highest and lowest price paid for these shares was 230.5 pence. Thepurchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 240,000 ordinary shares inTreasury and has a total of 83,916,179 ordinary shares (excluding shares held inTreasury) in issue.
