Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 9 November 2016, it purchased 116,736 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.13% of the issued share capital at a price of 136 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 91,884,330 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
