Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC - Share Buy-back

On 20 January 2017, Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC purchased for cancellation 288,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 42.75p per share. As a result, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 40,584,617 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
