On 29 November 2011 Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC purchased for cancellation 10,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 67.0p per share.
Following this transaction, and the subsequent transaction on 30 November 2011 which has already been announced, the Company's issued share capital as at the close of business on 30 November 2011 and at present is 30,265,707 Ordinary shares of 10p each.
