Colefax Group PLC24 January 2008 Colefax Group Plc Purchase of Own Securities On 24th January 2008 Colefax Group plc bought for cancellation a total of185,932 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") representingapproximately 1.19 per cent. of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinaryshare capital of, the Company at a price of 145 pence per share.
