Crown Place VCT PLC11 June 2007 CROWN PLACE VCT PLC CORRECTION: This announcement replaces the earlier transaction in own sharesannouncement issued on 23 May 2007 at 15:57 hours (RNS reference 1250X) due tothe total number of voting rights previously being incorrectly stated. SHARE PURCHASE , VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased 71,685 Ordinaryshares at a price of 38 pence per share. This represents 0.09% of the totalnumber of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shareswill be cancelled. Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive'stransitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following; Crown Place VCT PLC's capital today consists of 84,182,626 Ordinary shares witha nominal value of 10p each. Crown Place VCT PLC holds 7,260,410 shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC is76,922,216.
