Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC - Share Buy-back

On 9 January 2015, Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC purchased for cancellation 20,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 53.5p per share. As a result, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 34,243,932 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
