Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8th November 2013, it purchased 110,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 42.50p per share on Tuesday 11 February 2014.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the above purchase, is 53,470,784.
