Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 25 February 2008 it purchased 191,835 Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 78.5325 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 11,519,654 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and 9,145,990 C Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
