Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC ("the Company")
Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights
On 4 November 2022, Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC purchased, for cancellation, 149,535 of its own Ordinary Shares at a price of 33p per share.
As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at close of business on 4 November 2022 comprises 176,391,734 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.
The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
