Buy-Back of Equity
The Directors of TP10 VCT plc announce that the Company has purchased from a shareholder a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each at a price of 80.42 pence per share.
As a consequence of this buy-back, there are now a total of 30,128,014 Ordinary Shares in issue.
