Tottenham Hotspur PLC31 January 2005 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Transaction in Own Shares Further to previous announcements concerning the facility set up forshareholders in the Company holding 2,500 ordinary shares or less ("SmallShareholders") to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company announces that Small Shareholdershave tendered a further 11,912 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost DealingFacility prior to the dealing date of 31 January 2005 and the Company has boughtfor cancellation 11,912 ordinary shares at 31.5p per share.
