Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (the "Company") announces that on 11 July 2008 it purchased 500,000 of its common shares at an average price per share of 88p. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 20,800,000 of its common shares in treasury and has 528,236,141 common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
