Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 8,053 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 960.95 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,923,955 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 26,460,821.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 97,500 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,876,564 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 73,500,380.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
