The Company announces that on 11 May 2015, it purchased 174,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.22% of the issued share capital at a price of 124.00 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 79,575,866 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
