Transaction in Own Shares

Livermore announces that on 12 October 2015 it acquired 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 34 pence per share. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being.

Following the acquisition the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 192,289,583 and in addition a total of 111,830,818 ordinary shares will be held in treasury. The above figure of 192,289,583 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
