Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 1 March 2013 it purchased 32,561 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1781.73 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 56,407,028 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
