Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 29 June 2015 the Company purchased 480,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 95.25 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 94,972,132 shares of which 12,263,819 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 2 plc is 82,708,313 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
