Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 26 July 2019 it purchased 362,297 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 121.2405 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 20,791,418 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 6,516,128 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.
