Transaction in own Redeemable Shares

4 December 2012

The Company announces that on 4 December 2012 it purchased in the market 100,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 850 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 34,212,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.

In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it has acquired, for investment purposes, 2,472,000 ordinary shares and 3,761,000 redeemable shares, representing approximately 8.26% of the shares then outstanding.
