Jarvis Securities plc17 April 2007 Jarvis Securities plc ("Jarvis" or "the Company") Transaction in Own Shares / Directors Dealing The Company announces that between 4 and 13 April 2007 Jarvis purchased 31,000Ordinary Shares to hold in Treasury pending cancellation, at an average price of185.03p. The Company now holds a total of 94,000 ordinary shares in Treasury and willcontinue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and inaccordance with the authority granted by its Members. In addition, on 12 April Mr A Grant and Mr M Edmett, both directors of Jarvis,each purchased 250 Ordinary Shares at 198p taking their holdings to 5,000Ordinary Shares each being 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company now has 11,200,000 shares in issue.
